This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a technically strong engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working across diverse environments, and delivering high-quality IT support.</p>\n\n<p>The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You will be responsible for supporting server, desktop, and network environments across multiple client organizations.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Provide hands-on technical support for MSP clients across server, desktop, and network environments</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Windows Server infrastructure</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop, server, and network issues</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Support firewall, backup, and security solutions across client environments</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work directly with end users and client stakeholders, providing clear communication and timely resolution</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist with system builds, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing maintenance</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Participate in documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3>Required Experience &amp; Skills</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>5+ years of experience in IT systems, network administration, or MSP environments</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong customer service and communication skills</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client issues</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Technical Experience Must Include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Microsoft 365 (O365) administration</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Windows Server administration (2008–2019), including Exchange and Terminal Services</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Active Directory administration</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Windows desktop operating systems (XP–Windows 10)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Microsoft Office (2010–2019)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Endpoint security and antivirus solutions (VIPRE, Kaspersky)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Backup solutions (Symantec Backup Exec, Acronis)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Remote support tools (LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Rescue)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Malware removal and remediation tools (Malwarebytes, Combofix, SuperAntiSpyware, etc.)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Firewall technologies (SonicWall, Cisco, Juniper)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Network systems management and troubleshooting</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Mobile device support (iOS, Android, BlackBerry)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>LAN/WAN technologies and applications</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>IP addressing, subnetting, and network design</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Router interfaces and internal components</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Desktop and laptop design, build, deployment, and troubleshooting<br />\n\t<br />\n\tSalary Expectation:&nbsp; $60,000-$90,000<br />\n\tIND-1</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n","id":5357,"title":"MSP Engineer "}]}
